I am completely at home in corporate environments, having worked worldwide in both local entities and global HQ’s of sizeable blue chip organisations.

A strategic and structured thinker who is evaluative and brings an execution focus, I am regularly engaged by prior employers or new clients (usually on behalf of HR consulting companies like Mercer or SHL), to work on both strategic and operational HR topics, typically at the senior levels.

Example projects are:

  • Working with the Board of Management for a privately owned pharmaceutical company in Germany, to translate their new 10 year strategy into a behavioural framework for over 50,000 employees to align behind. Delivered a simple, common people language for use in hiring, development and promotional practices. Used SHL’s Universal Competency Framework and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) as the foundation. Engaged over two years to embed the framework throughout the employee lifecycle worldwide.

  • Designing and delivering a leadership development program for the C level -1 leadership team of a global reinsurance company based out of Zurich and Bermuda. Used SHL’s 360 model as the foundation for conducting an initial learning needs analysis.

  • Engaged for five consecutive years as a senior assessor for selection processes and development centers of senior executives for a global insurance company headquartered in Italy (using Hogan Inventory as the foundation for assessments and Mercer’s development centre framework).

  • Acting as a sparring partner on the global talent management strategy for a financial services organisation headquartered in the DACH region, upon request by the newly appointed CEO, whom I had previously worked with in Munich.
