I have a passion for making ‘the soft stuff’ practical and measurable. Working backwards from your business goals, my consultancy practice is all about the human elements of work. I focus on THE BUSINESS OF BEING HUMAN!

With blue-chip leadership experience traversing home bases in London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Sydney, Munich, Zurich, and now the Southwest of France, my experience landed me a portfolio career as an independent consultant in 2018.

I am engaged by HR consulting companies that I loved working with when I was a client, as well as prior employers and new companies who hire me directly, both large and small (from amazing scale-ups to global corporates).

Whether you’re a blue chip, a start-up or a private individual, I can support you in going beyond the obvious, into where true value and growth lies, the human aspect. Be it corporate culture, team mindset, leadership cohesiveness or individual behaviours that you are curious about, chances are I have some experience that can help.

As to the formal stuff, I have a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Business Studies (Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh); a Masters Degree in Human Resources Leadership (Erasmus, Rotterdam School of Management); I am a qualified psychometric practitioner and I hold accreditations in coaching, executive presence and leadership development.

I most recently gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism (2020) to underpin my pro bono activities for those with a neurodivergence.

A Brit with Australia citizenship, I work exclusively in English.
