A Brit with an Aussie passport, I have a passion for making `the soft stuff` practical and measurable. I'm all about bringing the human element back into leadership (integrity, trust, humility).

EXPERIENCE

For the past twenty plus years, I have been guiding companies and individuals with the human side of their business, increasingly important in the digital era. 

With blue chip leadership experience traversing home bases out of London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Sydney, Munich, Zurich and now the South of France, my experience has landed me a portfolio career with companies that I loved working with as a client, as well as new companies both large and small (from amazing scale-ups to medium size and growing corporates).

Whether you’re a blue chip, a start-up or a private individual, I can support you in going beyond the obvious, into where true value and growth lies, the human aspect. Be it corporate culture, team mindset or individual behaviours that you are curious about, chances are I have some experience that can help.

As to the formal stuff, I have a Bachelors (Honours) Degree in Business Studies (Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh); a Masters Degree in Human Resources Leadership (Erasmus, Rotterdam School of Management); am a qualified psychometric practitioner; hold accreditations in coaching, executive presence and leadership development and most recently gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism (2020).
