Sonia has three main passions, across which she divides her time:

1. Modernising leadership to reflect the changing times (seminars, workshops, coaching and speaking events)

2. Assessment solutions - assisting individuals to understand their unique strengths and opportunities for further growth

3. Consulting for the autistic community - supporting Auticon to place IT Consultants on the autistic spectrum in work and offering respite care for children who are newly diagnosed
